Yes, other people have done it, including me. I used KLX650C forks. I was also present when another lister grafted DRZ400 forks onto his KLR. One thing to be wary of is the potential for too much increased travel in your new forks. You only have so much ground clearance. Ask me how I know this can be an issue. da Vermonster
