klr photo attachments.
It's way simple and most computers have it: Open a photo in "Paint". Click
"Image" at the top of the screen then the stretch/skew option.
By entering a number less than 100 in the two stretch fields, you can
produce a photo of a desired size in seconds. Save it under a different
name (I put a B after the original name) and it's ready to email. On
average, a picture of one panel size in Paint will come in under 100k
easily.
