Sorry to here about your crash. Hope you heal soon and the bike can be repaired. Not trying to rub salt in the wounds but if you had been using two rim locks on each rim with the D606 tires you would not have laid her down and may not even have noticed the tire was out of air. Walt

cheng shin c858?

Gonna slap some Cheng Shin C858 tires on the KLR. What's the best place to get'em? Locally they want to rape me! Swmototires don't seem to carry them. The K750's are a bit disappointing, but that could be riding style. The rear only got 6000 miles on it and I'm at the wear bars, the front has the same and is pretty cupped, but has rubber left. I'll just turn it the other way and get another 2000 from it methinks.

tires unlimited. Let us know how easy they are to put on. My rear tire was the most difficult change I've ever done. They're pretty good tires, though. Aggressive knobs. They have a tendency to "wander" on grooved pavement. Mine looks like I'll get maybe 3,000 miles out of it. I'm not sure if I'll get them again. Maybe.
