weird tire valve problem

Hey all, I replaced a rear inner tube a while ago and am now having a problem with the valve. The "pin" is recessed so far in the valve, I can't get a tire pressure gauge to depress it enough to get an accurate reading. Is there a quick and simple fix for this, or am I looking at replacing the tube again? Sorry, I don't remember the brand. Try replacing the valve stem core and if that doesn't help then you will have to change out the tube. You can find these cores from an old tube or at any shop that changes tires. They are mostly all the same. Fred www.arrowheadmotorsports.com

The 1440 case is a bit larger (2052 cubic inches vs 1970). But it's also more expensive too because it comes with a retractable handle and wheels which I'll remove. Also I'll have to mount them so the lids open away from the bike. I found some pics of different bikes on Google Images by searching "pelican 1440 motorcycle". Walmart I think sells kits with various length core stems. Put a longer core in that tube, worth a try. Its only Air... Dooden A15 Green Ape
