goodbye to the list
Well, I sold my KLR today, so I am officially KLR-less. It's been an adventure, guys, but my recent leg injury was pretty much a signal that my time for KLR'ing was over, I just break too easily nowdays to trust my body riding it offroad and it makes no sense to have an onroad-only KLR especially since my V-Strom is a much nicer on-road bike. So I'll be signing off. It was fun, guys.

goodbye to the list
Sorry to see you go Eric ... I've enjoyed your posts over the years.
Can't say as I can blame you however, since I am having the same kind of thoughts about riding my KLR in the dirt at my age.
In fact, I am planning to sell my 2003 KLR in May.... I'd be interested in what you got for yours.
I still have an A15, which as of the middle of May will look sort of like this one..

Tbis way I can hopefully get out and explore the dirt without falling as much.
Good Luck with your V-Strom

Sorry to hear you are leaving the fold. Your contributions to this list have been greatly appreciated and will be sorely missed. I hope you stop back by once in a while just to keep in touch. We won't hold owning a Vstrom against you.
Happy Trails,
Fred

Enjoyed your comments Eric. Not sure why you have to go. The V-Strom is much like a modernized KLR. I enjoy the strom much like the KLR. Happy Trails!.
