Look on KLRworld.com. I believe patman Hall has done some dyno work on the big-bore kits. I have only seen his excellent work on the effect of jetting, airbox and exhaust changes to the stock motor, one reason I will buy a 685 kit rather than a pipe if I ever get the urge to beef my KLR up a bit.
