Jeffrey,
72 inch pounds for these 6mm fasteners.
And you might consider bringing along an O-ring to use in combination with RTV in case your repair doesn't hold up.

1st attempt-greased the O Ring
2nd attempt-soaked O Ring in Power Steering fluid
3rd attempt-got new O Ring(comes w Fram filters)and soaked
in Power Steering fluid
4th attempt-used black RTV form-a-gasket( not on O Ring)
SUCCESS
But, I guess I really need a new oil filter cover.
What is the torque setting supposed to be on the two bolts?
Death Valley ride this weekend.
