Ditto here - no idea where it came from. However, due to your comments, I just did a 'Goggle Search'. . . . A lot of references back to itself, but also a link to AMA District 36 'masthead'. He is listed as a 'liaison officer' and there is a bio. Depends on your concept of 'legit'.
