Yep, it's a fact......because of the "blessings" of La Nina, Mike and I will be hosting a JulianTechDay in Julian on January 31, 2009.
We'll open the shop at 8-ish and close up when we're done. And yes, we'll have a hot lunch and several heaters for you all with thin flatland blood.
Bring your KLR, parts and tools..........we will have lifts, oil (Costco DELO 10/40 and/or 15/50) and some tools available. As before, if there are specialized needs or parts, call Mike or I and we'll do our best to take care of them.

piston rings replacement
I need to replace the rings in my KLR and would like to know the the engine needs to come off the frame or if it can be done in place.
Trying to save soem steps if possible

I was able to drop in a new piston and rings after the rebore on my
1986, without removing the motor from the frame,RMMV.
