nklr - not so political, chick on a bike in a bikini

Post by Tumu Rock » Tue Oct 28, 2008 7:37 pm

Wanna see my wife in a bikini? Unfortunately she rides a KTM, not the KLR in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFWlzl5BKsM Our band, Trumystic, just finished this video and figured it might distract some of you from the tree-stumping circuit. Still has to do with voting but isn't about any particular candidate... da Vermonster

She usually rides a KLR too, but the KTM got the nod because it went better with the bikini. We insisted that she wear a helmet and boots as minimum protective clothing.... gotta watch out how you word stuff I guess... And yes, the point is, if you're American, you MUST get out and vote - no matter what you ride or what you're wearing. We have the ability to affect change in our government every so often and if we don't exercise that right, you may as well bitch about the radio station in your car without ever touching the dial... da Vermosnter --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, Silver Duck wrote:

Very dangerous riding with the end of the scarf dangling like that. Caught in the rear wheel...would have been painful, or even deadly.

I like the new bike for the same reasons, plus the fact that it's a bit smoother is nice too because let's face it, the old one is way buzzy. But if you have the old one I wouldn't buy the new one for those reasons, you can beef up the old one to have pretty much the same advantages if you work at it, for a lot less than buying a new one. (Especially for those with 40K miles or more on our old KLR's, which makes them effectively worthless on the used bike market).
