No, but I have an IMS tank and Aerostich tank paniers. For the mounting, I hooked the front hook of the "bungee" that holds each side to the bottom front mount of the tank, and for the back hook, I ran a zip-tie through the frame on the right side, and a zip-tie around the timing chain adjuster on the left side. I heartily recommend the 'Stich tank paniers, they're not waterproof, but they're extremely durable, have a very good padding on them that "grips" the tank very well, and the straps that go over the tank are ridiculously stout compared to the wimpy straps on the competitors' tank panniers.

Thanks to all of you for the excellent advice on how to remove the choke plunger. Heat did the trick! The easiest way for me was to sneak my wife's hair dryer ( credit to Don) out to the garage. Applied heat for less than a minute and bingo out it came. You guys are the best, thanks again.... WVDoran Scottsdale, AZ PS is there a way to repair a small tear in the diaphragm?

But since you have the carb apart why not consider going to the local Harley or V-Twin independent shop and getting a new slide with diaphragm for about $50 or so. They've probably got it on the shelf and it will be much less expensive than buying it from Kawasaki. Ask for the slide and diaphragm for an 883 Sportster. I'd bring the old one along for comparison but it should be the same part.
