nklr - get your $$ (rant)
Whoa! Hold your horses there!
Are you trying to tell me that I shouldn't trust Sen. Ted Stevens?
Do you mean to tell me that the Internet is *not* a series of tubes?
If that's the case then explain to me how I'm able to send internets back-and-forth
to all the the list members? And don't you dare tell me that it's like a big
truck that I can just dump things on.
Out government understands everything it acts upon. There is nothing it cannot
comprehend. Undying trust and allegiance to The State and Our Dear Leader!
Death to all who oppose and who impede The Progress of The People and Freedom(TM)!
...Oops, sorry, went into Patriot Mode there for a minute.
Ah, the days when the government had reason to fear its populace
(to be honest I think I grew up bit late to ever have known this).
Oh well, can't speak too loudly about threats to the government nowadays.
Maybe I need to take a nice vacation across this country. It really is a good place (no sarcasm intended).
Oh, and I must remember to bring the proper
documentation in case I'm asked to see my papers by the proper authorities...

I'll vote the best I know how. I don't care dem or rep. I'll vote
for who I think will fix what I think is a major disaster. Perhaps
the biggest disaster since the Great Depression. I don't think
people fully understand what the water being sucked out to sea means
other than "that's strange." To them, I suggest get your affairs in
order because the greatest financial tsunami is coming ashore sooner
rather than later. It's been brewing since 1999 and like a series of
perfect events to create the perfect financial storm, it's too late
to stop now.
I'm not pimping anyone. Rather just appealing to Americans to use
their heads and prepare. Just mark my words...you haven't seen
anything yet. I'd like to say there is a chance to avert what I'm
gravely concerned about, but without strict action and solid
leadership, I assure you you'll never forget this post.
My vote? Hint: I wouldn't trust Palin to run a local lemonade
stand. Alaska is a friggin mess. I've spent enough time there to
say it's no model for America. Senator Stevens is a piece of garbage
and his grip is finally loose. He's been indicted and most likely
going to prison. We need leadership. It's time to remove the
cancer. McCain has lost touch with the plight of the middle class.
The guy doesn't even know how to use a computer or send an email.
Imagine that? I'm sure he'll be first fighting to sustain net
neutrality-- especially with million of dollars from lobbyists to
persuade him the internet isn't important. Remember 7 of his top
advisors are big lobbyists. I'm sure they have some favors to ask.
Bottomline is give me someone with intelligence. Bush simply is a
untrustworthy, bumbling idiot.

We all should Vote the best we know, but bottom line, we all should
VOTE...
and see this country and every other country we can, for to see is to
feel and in some cases misunderstand, but better to see and
misunderstand than to wallow in ignorance...
albatross
really, get out and ride and VOTE (early & often?)

Amen. Both of my brothers served as Navy officers. They're as sick
of this fear mongering President as I am. Good riddance soon
enough. We have tough medicine to take, no doubt but it doesn't
start with bailing out the elitists. Let it crash. We'll pick up
the pieces (and some nice discounts). Hell with the bailout. Put
together a plan that describes how we're going to fix what's broken.
Cheap credit is what got us into this mess why on Earth are we so
desperate to go back to doing the same?! Yeah, let's just pretend it
didn't happen. It reminds me of the days where the US goal was to
loan to every and any country and get them indebted to the America.
It's the oldest trick in the book and it just doesn't
work...especially the little fear tactics. Yeah, get out and ride.
Feel freedom and pass the good news..."Fear is not an option--no
bailouts." And now back to your regular KLR programing. Sorry to
post political crap, but folks if we want to enjoy freedom like we
do, we have to be willing to protect it. George Bush's regime is
about as trustworthy as the hijackers on American flight 93. You
listen to this idiot and believe what he says, you're going into the
ground. Instead, always choose to fight for freedom and die with
honor.
