Bought new rear tire. I took off and swapped old tire. I reinstalled new tire. Caliper doesn't match disc. Can anyone tell me where I went wrong? http://autos.ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/DSN_KLR650/photos/browse/ae01?c=

There are a few ways - stick the tach around the torque peak and lean back and blip the throttle. This is easiest done in first gear, but can be done in 2nd as well. Also, you can feather the clutch a bit in 2nd and pick it up. Make sure your fork-seals are in good working condition and you have adequate fluid in the forks. I don't know where the oil-pickup is in the engine, but you want to make sure you have a plenty of oil in the engine too.
