adjusting clutch "safety" switch

Post by Don Montgomery » Mon Aug 18, 2008 9:38 pm

My clutch safety switch is requiring that I pull the lever all the way in and sometimes jiggle it to get the starter to engage. Does the switch need to be moved forward or rearward to get it back into proper adjustment? Sure I could remove it and bridge the wires, but I do need to protect myself from myself! Dang!....I make that bike look GOOD! Sorry, just uploaded some pics I found online at Killboy.com of me riding the Dragon here in east TN a couple of years ago to the photos section. They made this soon-to-be-senior citizen look pretty good! ;-) Look for the "sbulla on Dragon" folder... Sonny '02 KLR650
