--- I don't know if there is more than one adjustable screw, but I have one and subsequently took it off. The taper is different from stock, enough so that I could actually screw it all the way closed without stalling the bike. I have one of good ole Jake's adjusting tools for garage work anyway, and don't have enough elevation change to make good use of it on the road. Been meaning to sell mine on ebay but haven't gotten around to it yet.
