This a chronic problem on Yamaha older FJ 1200'sAlmost alway's it's the
gas cap venting.if it only happens on less than half a tank it's almost
a for sure gas cap venting problem on the FJ.I haven't got my KLR yet
so I don't know how the cap is vented.The Yamaha has a membrane in the
cap that can be removed.I would'nt do that on a dualsport,if I did'nt
have to because it's there for spill prevention in case of tipover.(BO)
to fuel flow problem
