Paul, Stock is an 8mm crown nut. A regular 8mm (standard pitch 1.25) nut will work fine. These can come loose on their own. There is a copper crush washer between the pipe and the head. I've torqued these nuts many times to find them at a lower torque later. I'm thinking the vibration of the engine crushes the copper washer just a bit more after a while, so they are on the list of things to check once in a while If one exhaust is popping, these nuts would be the first thing to check. all the best, Mike
