I use the soft foam plugs that are shaped like a rocket. Best way to
insert them is to roll, lick, and stick. Roll it between your fingers
to compress the tip, lick it so it slides in smooth, and stick it in
eardrum. (not quite that far actually) It usually takes about 30
seconds for them to expand and fill the canal.
Remember... Roll, Lick, and Stick.
