has anybody else paid for footpeg relocation brackets from BILL DECKER-
BIKER SCOUT and not received them? i sent him a postal money order on
10/09/07 for payment on a pair 07 footpeg relocation brackets that he
was holding for me; here it is 1/25/08 and still no brackets. to make
matters worse he seldom replies to emails; although in the past 3
months he twice told me that he's going to pick up the brackets from
powdercoating this week! wtf?? finally i asked him to refund my money
if he was'nt going to deliver the brackets; again no reply. just a word
of warning to potential buyers; from my experience this guy is a waste
of time and money.

Find out or track down his phone number and tell him you're going to call the local police if he doesn't refund your money immediately. If he/you had used PayPal, your payment and refund would be easier. Good luck. Check to see if you still have the receipt from the MO. Ask the post office if he has cashed this yet. If he has cashed it, and has no intention of shipping you the parts......Thats called mail fraud, and the USPS do not tolerate that. I'd make sure your parts are coming before I'd have federal agents knocking on his door. That is the best reason, and best insurance , for paying with a postal money order. Good luck

Too much ice to ride , and the KL is a little too heavy to be spiking the tires for winter fun. I plan on firing up the odyssey that has newly studded tires, and take that for a ride instead.
