busted 08' klr rear turn signal

Post by Jake Wilson » Sun Dec 16, 2007 10:57 pm

The turn signals on the 08' are different from previous models right? I broke the rubber stalk on my 08' left rear turn signal. Hooked a bungee cord hook to it (real dumb). More or less broke in 2 Anyone else order a rear turnsignal stalk for an 08' yet? I'm wondering what I have to buy. Bike Bandit doesn't have parts schematics up yet for the 08' KLR. Where could I go to see this part assembly broken down (online)? TIA Jake Reddick Fla.

Jake, Several 2008 owners have reported this. You can get the parts diagram on www.buykawasaki.com click on owner info on the left, then follow the menus. You can enter the complete part number into the part wizard on bike bandit, and then get the price. The complete number is usually 5 numbers, a dash, and then 4 numbers - but not always..... To get the complete number you have to look up the number in the exploded view, or schematic view, and then go down to the parts list below to get the complete number. Not everyone knows this, hope it's not too repetitive..... all the best, Mike

For bearing installation. Chance of adhesion very low. ED
