dual star tank bag and business ethics
This wasn't the case with DS. DS had evidence supporting the
customer "received the order...but it didn't fit." Perhaps DS didn't
want to accept the return after install? So he proceeded to cancel
charge with the cc company (which did) and then kept the goods. CC
company said DS doesn't require proof of signature/signing, so tough
luck...judgement: customer...despite forwarding records indicating
such receipt of goods. Again, who knows what really happened
here...I took it at (DS's) face-value.
I appreciate everyone's email responses and sharing experiences.
I've learned some things here. Thank you all.
