I recently replaced the rear pads on my KLR. They were worn to just-
about-gone. The pedal was pretty low. The pedal still seems low. It
stops fine but I can't get the pedal higher. Is this adjustable?

low rear brake
First off, I'd bleed the system and see if that helps. If not, the
lever is on a spline shaft so you should be able notch it up. Haven't
tried it myself, not sure if it will affect anything else, though you
might have to re-adjust your rear brake light actuator. IIRC, there's
a dot on the spline so you can always find home if you mess with it.

Before moving the lever on the splines I would see how much I could adjust it at the clevis that attaches the lever to the master cylinder. There is some height adjustment there.
