as Toby said, Jake Jakeman makes a tool for it...it is called "son of Pilot screw adjuster"...but you can do pretty good by releasing the throttle cables on the right side of the carb, undoing the choke cable from the handlebars, loosening both boots and rotating the carb 90 degrees clockwise. Then you can drill out the plug, screw the adjuster in until it bottoms and then back it out 11/2 to 2 turns. You'll be in good shape... Kurt
