if i want my bike to be like a beemer, i just duct-tape 50 lbs (f650) or 150 lbs (gs1150) of rocks to it, being careful to put some of the rocks inside the gas tank to reduce the capacity, and some inside the forks and rear shock to reduce the travel. then whenever i buy a part, i tip the guy at the parts counter $100. hahahaha. anyway, bike, schmike. brand names are boring, and so are ego battles. riding bikes is cool, whether you ride the latest overpriced choice of mid-life-crisis-havin'-yuppie-homosexuals, or a 30 yr old honda, or that wonderfully hideous rat-klr with the car muffler. just ride. -mark weaver
