For the benefit of those who have joined us more recently than others, posts like this actually are "NKLR". Please do not be offended SWAMPY. Your argument was well written, well thought-out, and well meaning. I do not wish to negate the importance or relevance of the topic, but for the purposes of 'this' list, "KLR" specific has been defined as posts which cover the KLR650 in all it's "technicality". This definition must continue. This is the land of the mechanics and electronics engineers. Some of them read only that which is of the "technical", as that is all that interests them. By not puting "nklr" in the subject line of a post like this, we take away their ability to filter messages. I respect what you are saying about if you're not interested in a message, delete it... but if these guys are inudated with mail like this, and we take away their choice to be able to avoid it, then they will unsubscribe and the list will be poorer for it. We need to respect that some people do not want to receive anything in their inboxes that isn't KLR specific in the 'mechanically technical as defined by this list' sense. I agree, totally. This was in response to those that are bothered by these
posts and oversee the power they have to just delete the messege! Keep up
the work Arne!

[dsn_klr650] hunting for parts
Scott,
I have both items, exhaust from a 93' and cylinder head from an 87'. Some
damage on the cam shaft caps where the head cover screws in due to ham
fisted previous owner otherwise in good shape. If your interested in either
or both let me know as I will let them go fairly cheap. Wife wants basement
cleared out, sister wants garage cleared out!!!
