Video of my B9

Post by deroseje » Tue Dec 22, 2015 3:28 pm

Hi all,

Here is a VERY low quality video of my build.  It's shot on my iphone and very dumbed down in quality.  A couple of things about the iphone.  First it is unable to clearly capture the green of the chest buttons.  They look grey.  Same thing with his two large dialights.  They are actually red and green.  Lastly, it sometimes captures the neon flashes as swipes.  In real life, the neon does not swipe.  It's solid.
You can also see a little example in the beginning of the video which shows my my neon flashing when it shouldn't.  But then I got lucky and it stopped acting up for the rest of the video.
I'm really liking the fit of the neon in the Barton torso and can sit and watch him ramble all day!
Merry Christmas to you all!
Jeff

Jeff, Your robot looks great! Nice job. I'm jealous. He looks perfect and your neon looks like it flashes just right.

Thanks to u all for the kind words. They're good to hear as all I sometimes see is what's wrong and what still needs to be done.
Merry Christmas!

Jeff, A master artisan/craftsman once told me never to point out the defects in your work. No one will see them except you.

Good day Jeff,   I'm a newy from Australia, haven't even started a build yet but joined the club last week, checked out your video and if I ever finish a B9, I would hope it's as sensational as yours,   Regards and Season's greetings,   Basil Grant (Bas) from Blackheath in the Blue Mountains, west of Mars, oops I mean Sydney :)       -----Original Message-----

Welcome to the club Basil. Don't be a stranger. Please ask questions and advise if you can help. I'm looking forward to seeing your B9 as he's built. Don't be afraid to post pictures and videos. Dave Schulpius

Hi all,
Here is a VERY low quality video of my build. It's shot on my iphone and very dumbed down in quality. A couple of things about the iphone. First it is unable to clearly capture the green of the chest buttons. They look grey. Same thing with his two large dialights. They are actually red and green. Jeff B9 Robot B9 Robot Here is a rough test of my home-built b9 robot. I apologize for the low quality of the video. Also the iphone has a hard time capturing some of the true colo... View on www.youtube.com Preview by Yahoo
